The Royal Decree on vehicles at the end of its useful life, or life vehicles (ELV), guarantees the collection of vehicles for decontamination treatment centers specifically authorized. According to Royal Decree 1383/2002 user, once you've decided to get rid of your vehicle, is responsible for delivering the vehicle in an approved treatment or if a reception facility.

Steps to take: low process 1 - Application of low official standard form with the data and signature of the person holding the vehicle. Download form here. 2 - Documents certifying the identity or ownership of the vehicle. 3 - Registration Certificate card and vehicle roadworthiness. 4 - Authorization of representative if you do manage someone other than the owner of the vehicle. Download form here. Additional documents for company cars: 1 - C.I.F. Company. 2 - Photocopy of ID of the administrator / s of the company. 3 - Document of legal representation. Download form here. Additional documents for vehicles of the dead: 1 - Photocopy of death certificate. 2 - Photocopy of the family book. 3 - Photocopy of ID of the family members. 4 - The application for discharge shall be signed by all members of the family. Download form here. 5 - In case you have lost the documentation of the vehicle shall submit the following affidavit. Download form here. The issuance of the Certificate of Destruction will be free to complete delivery of the vehicle, this center can ultimately discharged to the same if the holder who delivers attaching the necessary documentation.
